Grow and Serve

... find your place to belong

At Midway UMC, we believe every person is loved by God—and that includes you. Our Grow Groups are small, welcoming gatherings shaped by our Discipleship Pathway of Belong, Believe, Become. They’re a place to connect with others, explore your faith at your own pace, and find community that feels real and supportive.

Whether you’re brand-new or have been here for years, you’ll find a safe space to talk about life, ask questions, and grow alongside people who care. Some groups dive into meaningful conversations and studies; others serve our community together. Most meet weekly or bi-weekly, making it easy to fit into your rhythm.

There’s always room for you. Join a Grow Group anytime and discover how life-changing it can be to learn, serve, and belong—together.

Anchormen is the men’s ministry of Midway UMC—a place to build friendships, have fun, and grow together. We gather every other month for relaxed, high-energy events like skeet shooting, axe throwing, cookouts, and more.

Whether you’re new or have been around for years, Anchormen is a great way to connect, unwind, and be part of something meaningful.

Current Study is the Book of Acts

@ 9 am Sunday mornings

In June and July, our 9:00 AM Grow Group will journey through The Chosen—a powerful retelling of the life of Jesus and the people who encountered Him.

Whether you’ve seen it before or are starting fresh, you’re invited into a meaningful, week-by-week conversation—one episode at a time.

You can watch The Chosen for free on the official app, YouTube, or other streaming platforms—so feel free to begin anytime.

Come ready to reflect, connect, and rediscover the story that continues to change lives.
